My clients develop insight, self-compassion, interpersonal skills, and the regulation of thoughts, affects, and behaviors.

Trauma-informed, symptom-focused, person-centered talk therapy and interactive feedback complemented by suggested out-of-session reflections and practices.

Clients often achieve a level of emotional self-sufficiency after fewer than twelve or fifteen sessions.
