What a Group Can Offer That Individual Work Cannot.

Group counseling creates a high-level exchange where members can learn from one another’s challenges and successes. Peer perspectives are integrated with clinical guidance, allowing participants to reflect on patterns in real time, consider responses beyond their own, and practice new ways of relating.

The setting supports deep connection and accelerated growth while remaining thoughtful and structured. Every participant agrees to strict confidentiality and clear interpersonal protocols before the work begins, protecting the trust and care the group requires.

Practical details

What to Expect Before a Group Begins

  1. A free consultation first.Every prospective member speaks with Veronica individually before joining, so the group is composed with care.
  2. Agreements are set openly.Confidentiality, attendance, and how members speak to one another are established in the first session.
  3. The cohort stays together.Groups run as a closed set of sessions, so trust has room to build rather than restarting each week.

A thoughtful first step
