Information Before Commitment

Reaching out to a therapist can feel like a big step, and it is easier when you know what you are stepping into. You deserve to understand how therapy works, what it costs, and what to expect before you ever send a message or book a call.

Starting therapy often raises questions that feel too small to ask out loud: how long a session lasts, what the first conversation is like, how payment works, whether video sessions feel as real as sitting in a room together. Those questions deserve straightforward answers, and having them can make the decision to reach out feel a little lighter.

These pages answer the practical questions plainly, so you can make a decision with clear information rather than guesswork. Nothing here asks you to commit to anything.

The Journal

Alongside these guides, the Journal holds my own reflections on burnout, anxiety, grief, and change. The posts are short and personal, written for the moments when you want to think something through before talking about it.

You are welcome to read at your own pace. When you are ready to talk, the free consultation is always the place to start.

A thoughtful first step

You do not Have to Keep Carrying This Alone.

A free 15-minute consultation is a focused, private conversation about what is bringing you here and whether we may work well together.
