Out-of-network benefits
Superbills and HSA
Monthly superbills are available on request for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement depends on your plan and is not guaranteed; you may wish to ask your insurer about out-of-network mental health benefits.
You may also use eligible HSA funds. Individual counseling is $210 per 50–60 minute session, and group counseling is $110 per person for each 90-minute session.
Scheduling
Cancellation Policy
To provide the highest level of service and maintain availability for all clients, I require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or requests to reschedule. If an appointment is canceled or moved with less than 24 hours' notice, or if a session is missed for any non-emergency reason, a late cancellation fee of $90 will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.
